Tensixty AI

Tensixty AI is an AI-powered photo-to-video platform built for the real estate industry. The product had strong technical foundations but required a clearer, more user-friendly design to unlock its full potential. My role was to reimagine the existing interface, blending AI capabilities into the platform in a way that felt natural, trustworthy and easy to use. This meant moving beyond surface-level design updates to shape how users interacted with AI-generated content, ensuring the technology enhanced workflows instead of complicating them.

The project also demanded strategic alignment with broader business goals. As part of the leadership team, I contributed to acquisition and partnership discussions with RealEstate.com and Domain, where design was positioned as a driver of scalability and competitive advantage. Alongside this, I built design systems and processes that improved team efficiency, supported rapid iteration and maintained consistency as the platform grew.

I approached this project by embedding myself in both design and business discussions, ensuring design decisions drove measurable outcomes. This included:

• Redesigning and refining the UI to better integrate with AI-driven features
• Collaborating with the founder, product lead and developers to align design direction with product goals
• Contributing to acquisition and partnership discussions with RealEstate.com and Domain, representing design’s role in product scalability
• Building design systems that streamlined workflows across teams, ensuring consistency and speed from concept to delivery
