Why I started Coco Creatives
Small businesses deserve the same care and craft as the big brands, without the agency price tag.
After years of designing websites and brands in the industry, I kept seeing the same thing. Small business owners were stuck between two bad options: pay agency prices for a team they’d rarely speak to, or wrestle with a DIY template that never quite looked like their business.
I knew there was a better way. One person who takes the time to understand your business, designs something genuinely yours, prices it honestly and is still there after it launches.
So I started Coco Creatives: a small business, built to look after other small businesses. I take on a limited number of projects at a time so every one gets my full attention, and I publish my prices so you know where you stand before we even talk.

Discuss
A free, no-pressure chat
We start with a call, a video chat or a coffee if you’re in Sydney. I’ll ask about your business, your customers, who you compete with, what’s working now and what isn’t, and what you’re comfortable spending. If a big custom build isn’t the right fit, I’ll tell you.
Your part: Tell me about your business and share a few websites you like.

Develop
The plan, before any design
Once you’re happy with the quote, I map out exactly what we’re building. We agree the pages and features, and build a shared moodboard together so we’re aligned on the look and feel before a single pixel is designed.
Your part: Give feedback on the moodboard and start gathering your words and photos, or let me write the content for you.
What you get

Design
Three directions, then one
I design three fully branded homepage variations and present them as working prototypes you can click through on your phone and laptop, not flat images. You choose a direction, we refine it together, then I design the rest of your key pages to match.
Your part: Pick your favourite direction and tell me what you love and what you’d change.

Deliver
Built, tested and handed over
I build your site in WordPress with motion, speed and mobile layouts baked in, set up the search basics, and test it across phones, tablets and browsers. Once you’ve reviewed it, we launch, and I walk you through editing everything yourself.
Your part: A final review and sign-off. Then it’s yours.
